Return Policy

You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment (i.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.). All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

For items returned after 30 days, I-ZoneFire.com will grant a credit of up to 80% of the item’s value.

*You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer care representatives at (888) 777-9879. Please be able to provide your order number to expedite your service. We will send a return label via email (or USPS if necessary). Please print the label and affix it to your package. See instructions printed on the return label for drop-off locations.

Oversized Item Return Policy

If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. Return shipping fees typically range from $150 to $695, but may be more for larger items.

All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items not in their original, new, unopened condition may qualify for a partial refund of the product’s price. Upon our inspection of returned merchandise, I-ZoneFire.com reserves the right to deduct the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees from your refund.**

Please contact Customer Care immediately at (888) 777-9879 to set up a return for an Oversized-Item.

**By purchasing an oversized product, you authorize I-ZoneFire.com and/or its Carriers to assess additional fees to your credit card as necessary according to the fee schedule described here. We may deduct original and return shipping costs from your refund or otherwise charge them to your credit card after the product is returned.

Defective Products or Returns Due to Our Error

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
